Possessing a wealth of experience spanning over 15 years working with small to medium enterprises (SME's), Olena has worked with major Mid Tiered Accounting Firms as well as large Investment Banks.

At Century 21Pereira Group, Olena ensures that the business operates in a financially healthy and responsible manner and that we are on track to achieve our business goals. Olena works closely with the Director on various Business cases to ensure viability and sustainability is achieved.

Over the years Olena has also built a solid understanding and extensive experience in property management having been involved in every facet of property management. In her role, Olena also ensures that the Property Management function performs in an effective and efficient manner, taking full control of the financial aspects of the function as well as ensuring that our 6 star customer service goals are adhered to and met.
